How does the slide quota work?
Each slide image generation or regeneration uses 1 slide from your monthly quota.
Do unused slides rollover?
Monthly slide quota must be used within the billing cycle. Unused slides do not roll over to the next month.
What happens if I upgrade?
Korean checkout reflects the remaining value of your current plan. With PayPal, a new billing cycle may start immediately; always confirm the final amount on the checkout screen.
What happens to data if I cancel?
Cancellation takes effect at the next billing date. You can continue using the service until then. Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
What are the Free plan limitations?
The trial plan starts you with 15 slides and adds 2 more on each day you sign in (accumulating up to 14). Results carry a watermark. Every style is available on the free plan too. Paid plans remove the watermark, raise the monthly limit substantially, and add YouTube conversion.
Do regenerations count toward my quota?
Yes, regenerations are deducted from your monthly slide quota. Each plan has a per-slide regeneration limit.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund within 7 days of subscription if unused. Cancellation stops at next billing date with access until then.
How do I confirm the billing currency?
The currency shown on the pricing and payment screens is the currency you will be charged. If KRW checkout is unavailable, the PayPal USD amount is shown.
