3. Data Storage and Protection
• Uploaded materials and generated results are processed to provide the requested service and recover from errors.

• Deleting a project or account starts deletion of active service data; restricted backups expire progressively under the operating retention schedule.
• Records subject to a legal retention duty are separated from service data and retained only for the applicable period.

• Contract, payment, and consumer-dispute records: For the period required by applicable law
• Access, security, and error records: For the minimum period needed for security and incident response
• When retention ends, electronic records are destroyed using methods intended to make recovery impracticable.
8. Children's Privacy
• Personal information of children under 14 is not collected.
• Accounts may be deleted if confirmed to be under 14.
• Exceptions are allowed only with parental consent.
